City First Aid Training Ltd is committed to providing a drug- and alcohol-free environment. We expect all team members and learners to conduct themselves responsibly and refrain from using drugs and alcohol while on company premises, during courses, or when representing the company.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, learners, and visitors.

The possession, use, distribution, or influence of illegal drugs or alcohol on company premises, in company vehicles, or while attending courses is strictly prohibited.

Employees and learners who require prescription medication must notify their supervisor or instructor if the medication may impact their performance or safety.

City First Aid Training Ltd encourages anyone struggling with substance abuse to seek help. Resources and referrals to support services are available upon request.

Testing and Reporting

City First Aid Training Ltd reserves the right to conduct drug and alcohol testing when there is reasonable suspicion of impairment or as part of an investigation into workplace incidents.

Employees and learners must report any suspicion of drug or alcohol impairment in others to the director of training confidentially.

Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, including removal from the course, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the infraction.
