Meet Alicia | Efficient and Organised | City First Aid Training.

Meet Alicia, our calm and capable office superstar (and yes, she’s part of the family too! Vicky’s niece 💛). If you’ve rung the office or emailed us lately, chances are you’ve already chatted with her. Alicia keeps our courses, tutors, and admin flowing smoothly, on a "help-we-need-you" basis. All while juggling life as a busy mum and Studio Co-ordinator at Zion Studios the hip hop dance school just down the hall from us!

We asked Alicia a few questions.

My name is Alicia, and my role at City First Aid is in the main office, helping out with anything administrative. I have been with the team for a few months.

I also work as a Studio Co-ordinator at a local hip hop dance school called Zion Studios (This is located in the same building as the CFA Office!) 

I am married to a lovely guy, have 2 children, and a wee Fox Terrier called Henry :)

My favourite part of the weekend is not having to rush around as much, being able to catch up with family, and now that the nights are lighter, chilling back while the kids play in the backyard!

We love a good BBQ and taking Henry for walks together as well.

I think First Aid is an important skill to have; it saves lives and empowers you to assist your children, family members, or anyone else in need.

It gives you the peace of mind that you know how to respond if a situation were to happen. :)

Alicia brings such a lovely energy to our waka - organised, genuine, and quietly kind. We love how she makes space for family, good food, and slow evenings in the backyard - a reminder to all of us to pause and enjoy the small moments.
